About Khenzani Training Group
Khenzani Training Group is an educational development and training organisation dedicated to improving the quality of teaching and learning in rural and under-resourced schools across South Africa.
We provide practical educational support, teacher development programmes, curriculum implementation assistance, assessment systems, and learner intervention strategies.
We believe that lasting educational change begins in the classroom. By empowering educators and supporting learners, we help create sustainable educational improvement that positively impacts entire communities.
Our Experience
Khenzani Training Group has worked alongside educators, learners, and school communities in rural areas across Limpopo and Mpumalanga.
Our team has provided educational support, teacher development, curriculum implementation assistance, assessment systems, and learner intervention programmes in schools serving under- resourced communities.
Through years of practical involvement in rural education, we have developed a deep understanding of the challenges facing schools and educators, enabling us to provide relevant, sustainable, and impactful support.

South Africa continues to face significant educational challenges, particularly within rural communities where schools often operate with limited resources and support systems.

Language Transition Challenge:
One of the major challenges identified in rural schools is the transition from home-language instruction to English learning in Grade 4.
Our programme supports learners from Foundation Phase level by gradually increasing English exposure through vocabulary development, phonics instruction, reading support, and classroom communication strategies.
